It houses the famous Kedarnath temple. Kedarnath is located amidst majestic mountains.

The first hall inside Kedarnath Temple contains statues of the five Pandava brothers, Lord Krishna, NandiNandi, the vehicle of Shiva and Virabhadra, one of the guards of Shiva.
